Latent securely stores your data across the following systems: cookie and website interaction data is held in Squarespace (our website platform); website analytics data is held in Google Analytics; and other personal data is held in Hubspot.
We retain client data for the duration of our engagement and for 6 years afterwards, in line with UK tax and contract-limitation requirements. Prospect and enquiry data that doesn't lead to a client relationship is retained for no longer than 24 months before deletion.
